The game follows the story of Duke, the exiled son of Count Wein of Neugier. Duke was exiled from his homeland many years ago, but when he hears that Neugier is under attack by pirates, he decides to return and help.
On his way home, Duke’s ship is attacked by pirates led by a mysterious demon named Ord. Duke barely escapes with his life and makes his way to his father’s castle. He soon realizes that the pirate attack and the monsters roaming the castle are connected.
Although his father doesn’t trust him, Duke is determined to save Neugier. He sets out on a journey to find the source of the evil that is threatening his homeland.
Along the way, Duke is joined by a group of allies, including a young woman named Iris, a skilled swordsman named Clyde, and a wise old mage named Gandalf. Together, they must fight their way through hordes of monsters and overcome numerous challenges in order to save Neugier.
