Overview

Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show is a collection of six Wild West themed mini-games, presented with a humorous tone and backdrop. Players can choose to play as many or as few of the games as they like, and can always have another go if they fail.

The games are as follows:

  1. Knife Throwing: Players must throw knives at a spinning board upon which a terrified and fortunately skinny lady is locked. Points are awarded for missing as many times as possible before hitting the lady.
  2. Shooting: Players must shoot targets of criminals (but not innocents) as they emerge from the ground. In the second stage, players must shoot bottles that are thrown at them from over the horizon.
  3. Calf Roping: Players must position themselves so as to be able to throw their rope around a cow’s neck.
  4. Bronco Riding: Players must adjust their balance to compensate for the bronco trying to throw them off, by pushing the joystick out to balance two bars.
  5. Steer Wrestling: Players must jump onto a steer and then wrestle it to the ground.
  6. Stagecoach Shootout: Players must jump onto a stagecoach that has been invaded by Indians and beat up the hijackers.
