Introduction
Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories is a tactical role-playing game developed by Nippon Ichi Software and published by Atlus. Story
The story of Disgaea 2 takes place fifteen years after the events of Disgaea: Hour of Darkness. A powerful Overlord by the name of Zenon has appeared in the world of Veldime and cursed its human population, transforming them all into demons. The only human unaffected by the curse is a young man named Adell. Wanting to save his family and return them back to their true form, Adell decides to seek out Overlord Zenon and defeat him.
Along the way, Adell is joined by a group of allies, including a demon named Rozalin, a fallen angel named Etna, and a penguin named Prinny. Together, they must travel across Veldime, fighting their way through hordes of demons and overcoming numerous challenges.
Gameplay
The gameplay in Disgaea 2 is very similar to that of Disgaea: Hour of Darkness. Players control a party of characters on a 3D isometric grid map, and must use strategy and tactics to defeat their opponents. Characters can move, attack, cast spells, and use special abilities.
One of the unique features of Disgaea 2 is its item creation system. Players can collect materials from defeated enemies and use them to create new weapons, armor, and items. The item creation system is very deep and allows players to create powerful items that can help them in battle.
